Project Manager
Location: Fremont, California, USA
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, develop, and implement electrical and renewable energy (grid-tied and off-grid solar) and obtain req. project permits and licenses.
- Manage contracts, procurement, budgets, workforce, schedule of values, method of procedures (MOPs), construction schedules, and all job closeout procedures.
- Prepare project proposal, change orders, project progress report, and present it to the stakeholders
- Interpret plans and specifications of the projects
- Generation and resolution of RFIâs (Request for Information) and review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve design objectives
- Responsible for increasing project profitability by identifying cost reduction methodologies and conducting post-project reviews to determine areas for future improvement

Sales & Business Development Manager
Location: Fremont, California, USA
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads for Gridscape product and services.
- Grow leads into prospects and customers.
- Build relationships with partners that help generate business for Gridscape.
- Develop partnerships with Solar installers (local and regional) throughout California to build a channel for Gridscape microgrid product.
- Write responses to RFP
- Organize promotional events that generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in business, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or business development
- Exceptional Social, communication, presentation, and written skills
- Ability to build relationships and maintain it

Senior Energy Systems Engineer
Location: Fremont, California, USA
In this role, you will be responsible for successfully designing and supporting Renewable Microgrid and Electric Vehicle Charging Network Infrastructure Solutions for our customers beginning from pilots through all phases of deployment and post-installation technical support. You will work with customers as well as engineering team to deliver and deploy right-sized solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess electrical building system and site infrastructure, conceptualize potential solutions, make recommendations, and develop project plans
- Perform/review design, engineering analysis, calculations, and develop construction drawings and specifications sufficient to define systems for modification
- Review plans for modifications and improve cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Perform technical feasibility of our product.
- Review and enhance preventive maintenance procedures on electrical system assets
- Manage our engineering team
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Electrical Engineer - Electrical Engineer with Solar PV Renewables Experience Required
- 4-5 years working for an electrical design firm or design build electrical contractor
- Thorough knowledge of the NEC and NESC as applicable to commercial and utility scale power systems design and construction

Expert proficiency with the following software applications:
o AutoCAD, Helioscope, ETB
o ETAP (or equivalent power system analysis software)
o Microsoft Office Applications (advanced proficiency) - Experience performing designs or operating low voltage and medium voltage (1kV-15kV) distribution systems
- Knowledge and understanding of current national electrical codes as well as State of California Building and energy efficiency codes
- Detailed knowledge of renewable energy/electrical industry and ability to produce specifications for bid purposes
- Ability to think critically and make decisions requiring engineering judgment
- In-depth knowledge and experience with California Building Codes (CBC) and NEC codes.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization with both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to successfully plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to completion
- Experience with sustainable design and acquiring Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification
- Knowledge/experience in renewable energy design, construction, and O&M industry best practices and standards
- Knowledge/experience in renewable energy design, construction, and O&M industry best practices and standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Four to five years of relevant field experience in electrical power systems or renewable energy systems
- Professional Engineer license (PE) in the State of California or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player, and highly motivated individual
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites.
